Welcome to digital photography at Crossroads Middle School!

We all love to take pictures of ourselves, our families and our friends. We also love to post and look at photos on instagram, snapchat or for the older crowd, Facebook. Some photos really catch our eye and have that WOW factor. But what makes a great photo?

I bet you already know some hilarious and cool things to do with photos, whether it's a funny app that distorts or blends pictures together or an awesomel trick in photoshop. In this class we are all the experts with information to share with each other. I know I can't wait to learn from you!

So what do I have to offer? Welllll, I studied photography for a lot of years and even earned a Master's degree in it back in the olden tymes when you had to do everything in the dark. I bet you didn't even know you could go to college and do something fun like photography! We're not going to do our photography in the darkroom with a bunch of chemicals because nowadays, of course, we have computers and lots of different digital tools!
